Palm Breeze Waterfront Delight

We absolutely loved our stay here, the location was perfect. The pool was absolutely beautiful, it was exactly what we needed!

This House is as beautiful as in the pictures.
Loved the Pool and SPA, confortable furniture and beds, nice technology features.
Pretty nice neighborhood with tons of things to do in the area, we couldn't have asked for more.
We had an absolute blast here with the family!

This is a beautiful home. Everything is as described. Dominique was delightful as our contact. Any issues we brought to her attention were quickly corrected. For example, replacing empty propane tanks within a few hours of notification. The only true concern was the layout of the sunken dining room, which had the same tile as the rest of the surrounding areas, so were not recognizable and somewhat hazardous. 4 out of 6 of us either tripped or fell. We lined chairs along the step down area to identify the drop. That is the only complaint. Everything else was great.

House was clean, looked like it's a recent rental property based on fresh paint going over picture nails. There was way to much communication from both ABNB and the homes management company. There is such a thing on going overboard. I don't not like the fact I had to give even more information on top of the information I have already provided ABNB. I had to provide my license again and was asked several times who would be staying with me and their exact names. I also found the cameras to be very intrusive as it made you feel like you were being watched and I was repeadly told not to touch them or mess with them. Privacy is important to me and my guests and this home did not make you feel comfortable and that you had control of your own privacy. Their is a 6 inch drop in the room off the kitchen which is dangerous and not highlighted. There're were tons of rules and you could not turn the heat on the hot tub up and was set to low and also padlocked which didn't give me a warm and fuzzy feeling. Also the garbage was already full when we got there, there were less than adaquitt pots and pans for cooking. The garage is not big enough to park a car, there was some damage to the pavers next to the pool close to the kitchen and the cleaning person showed up at 1030 when we already had to rush out at 11 from the "property management"

The blinds were not properly set so I needed to fix those myself along with a number of little things. There was only one outlet poolside and that one that one did not actually work. The neighbors across the canal we're interesting to watch.......however there were a few cool supprises like multiple flying fish in the canal and a domesticated Muscovy Duck which came to visit daily looking for food. Actually he was the highlight of the property.

All in all the stay was fine. I likely wouldn't go back however not a bad place to stay for a couple days, however the suggestions above should be strongly considered.

Newly renovated was nicely decorated, well appointed & clean.
