All early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. We are happy to make note of your request on our schedule and ask that you include it when submitting your arrival and departure information.

Please note that requests are not guaranteed. We kindly ask that you follow up 24–48 hours prior to arrival or departure so we can verify availability with our team.

Early/Late Check-In or Check-Out Fee:
$100 + tax for requests prior to 1:00 PM.

What do I need to provide before check-in?

IMPORTANT: Guests are responsible for sending us a photo of a valid government-issued picture ID before check-in that matches the name on the booking, along with the full first and last names of all guests staying at the property.

NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. Guests who have not submitted their ID at the time of check-in will not be permitted to check in.

A signed Reservation Agreement and full payment are also required prior to arrival.

What is your guest occupancy policy?

The number of guests is limited to the occupancy stated on the rental agreement and property listing. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced to comply with our vacation rental license.

What fees are charged with my reservation?

What is your payment policy?

Reservations 30+ Days Before Arrival

 	10% deposit due at booking
 	Remaining 90% balance due 30 days prior to arrival

Reservations Within 30 Days of Arrival
Full payment is due at the time of booking.

A signed Reservation Agreement and full payment must be completed at least 24 hours before check-in.

What is your cancellation policy?

 	90% refund if canceled at least 14 days before check-in
 	50% refund (minus service fees) if canceled at least 7 days before check-in

Is smoking allowed?

No. All properties are strictly non-smoking homes. Smoking is not permitted inside the property or near open doors and windows.

If smoking occurs:

 	Guests will be responsible for all damages and odor removal
 	A minimum $250 smoking fee will apply
 	Guests may be required to vacate the property immediately

Oil lamps and incense are also prohibited.

What are the parking rules?

Parking rules vary by property and are outlined in the listing details and property manual provided after booking confirmation.

NO ON-STREET PARKING IS ALLOWED.

Guests are responsible for following all parking rules during their stay.

Are there cameras on the property?

Accepted Answer

Some properties are equipped with exterior security cameras and noise monitoring devices, as disclosed in the listing details.

Guests may not cover, block, unplug, or tamper with any cameras or monitoring equipment. Any damages or fees associated with tampering will be charged to the guest.

What happens if there is a hurricane or severe weather?

In the event of a hurricane or severe weather, guest safety is our top priority. We closely monitor all weather conditions and follow guidance from local authorities and emergency management officials.

If a mandatory evacuation is issued or the property is deemed unsafe, we will provide guests with instructions regarding next steps, which may include adjusting or canceling reservations in accordance with our cancellation policy and any applicable travel insurance coverage provided by your booking platform (we do not offer travel insurance coverage).

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance prior to their stay, as weather-related disruptions are not always refundable under standard booking terms. Guests are also responsible for monitoring weather updates and planning accordingly for their travel dates.

 

Please note that weather patterns in our state can be unpredictable, and early forecasts may change or impact a different region entirely. If a hurricane is predicted to make landfall in another area of the state that does not directly impact our location, this does not qualify as a valid reason for cancellation outside of our standard policy.

Yes, all of our properties are family-friendly and well-suited for guests traveling with children.

 

We also provide a Pack ’n Play in every property for your convenience. Please note that guests are responsible for bringing their own linens for the Pack ’n Play. If you have any additional needs for your stay, feel free to let us know in advance and we’ll be happy to assist where possible.
